Lela Burris: A Stylish Solution for Organized Living

custom 12’x18′ Premier Pro Tall Ranch with a partition wall

this is a subtitle

We’ve all been there: coming home from vacation with a ukulele you’ll never play, a snow globe destined for a dusty shelf, or an “authentic” souvenir that never quite finds its place. These trinkets are memories—family mementos to cherish—but let’s face it, they don’t always have a place in your daily life.

So when Lela Burris approached Tuff Shed to create a custom 12’x18′ Premier Pro Tall Ranch, complete with a partition wall, skylight, shelving, and heavy-duty ramp, we were thrilled to collaborate. After all, her mission—to blend functionality with individuality—aligns perfectly with what we do: building spaces that adapt to your life, not the other way around.

Who is Lela Burris, you ask? Well, she’s the founder of Organized-ish. Notice the “ish”? That’s no accident. Lela’s philosophy isn’t about rigid perfection. Instead, she empowers people to embrace their quirks—whether proudly displaying a comic book collection, storing childhood toys, or curating holiday decor with flair. Her secret? Finding creative, personalized ways to organize what matters most.

The installation for an event itself

Better yet, Lela’s front-yard shed doubles as a community hub during holidays like Halloween. Think of it as a seasonal “spirit squad” decked out in festive decor, spreading joy to the entire neighborhood.

The Tuff Shed team joined Lela to document the entire process—from delivery to final touches—capturing the magic of bringing her vision to life.

Imagine neighbors driving by and spotting a shed that seamlessly complements her house, adding charm and character to the streetscape. In fact, after the build, neighbors couldn’t resist slowing down for a closer look—some even joked about causing a “shed-induced traffic jam”! It’s proof that great design doesn’t just organize your life—it becomes a neighborhood conversation starter.
