Tuff Shed Sells One Million Buildings

The record breaking building was purchased by Richard Keenan. The Santa Rosa wine grower is owner of the famous Kick Ranch vineyard. The building is actually a replacement for his original Tuff Shed building. It was destroyed by recent California wildfires. Keenan purchased his original Tuff Shed building back in 2003.

Longtime Sales Consultant Jerry Thompson sold both the original building and the replacement buildings to Mr. Keenan. Like Mr. Keenan and so many area residents, Tuff Shed’s Thompson also was impacted by the wildfires. He himself also having been evacuated from his home for eight days.

Santa Rosa Factory Makes Historic Sale

“Everyone is excited about our one millionth building,” says Pat Daily, GM for Tuff Shed’s Santa Rosa factory.  “To have that building sold and built out of Santa Rosa is amazing, especially in light of what the local community here and our local Tuff Shed team have been through recently.”

Keenan’s new building will replace his original 10×12 Premier Ranch storage shed. To help mark the historic sale, Tuff Shed upgraded the building to its top of the line Premier PRO Series. They also presented Keenan with a $1,000 gift card to The Home Depot. Tuff Shed will install the building on Keenan’s property in the coming weeks.
